A seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience, she previously worked at IPG Health, a division of the Interpublic Group of Companies. She has successfully led initiatives in performance management, policy development, and employee engagement across various industries. Gopika’s work is results-driven and rooted in a passion for building inclusive workplaces where employees feel heard and respected. She is committed to fostering positive employee relations, supporting organizational culture and compliance, and promoting open and transparent communication. Gopika earned her master’s degree from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy.
