Join Equality Labs, Harvard Center for South Asian Studies, and Data & Society for a townhall on #CasteInTech. Speakers will explore the many dimensions of caste discrimination in tech—from recruitment, hiring, workplace dynamics, to sexual harassment and limiting human resource policies. Panelists will discuss ways workers are addressing casteist workplaces, and pushing forward the movement to add caste as a protected category across the United States in the battle to end caste in the US.
