Please join Knight Foundation and Data & Society for an information session to learn about the latest Knight News Challenge: Data. The challenge is offering more than $3 million for innovative projects that answer the question:

How might we make data work for individuals and communities?

Staff from Knight Foundation will be available to answer questions, and danah boyd will speak briefly about Data & Society’s vision for the challenge. We’ll hang out with the broader community of potential applicants, participants, and curious and supportive friends.

Light drinks and food will be provided.
