Beth Garrett is a resource to the D&S researchers and staff in her role as Grants Administrator. Beth coordinates all grant proposals submitted on behalf of the Institute. She works closely with the researchers to develop competitive project proposals and applications. Beth also works closely with Finance & Administrative staff to track grant spending and reporting to funders. Beth has held many roles within the nonprofit sector. She holds dual Master’s Degrees (Psychology and Social Work). Beth began her career providing direct services to clients but found that she really enjoys fundraising and grants management.
