Research Analyst

Karman Lucero is a lawyer with a background in public and international law and policy. He is currently a Research Analyst with Data & Society and works on the Intelligence & Autonomy Initiative. Previously, he has worked for Microsoft, the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials, and Teach for China. He holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in History from Columbia University.
