Kevin Ackermann is a sociotechnical researcher who is interested in alternative internet histories, platform governance, and content moderation. He’s currently finishing his masters degree in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University. His thesis explores how content regulation occurred on pre-internet computer networks. He also has a searing internal drive to see justice and kindness in this world that impacts everything he does.
