Dean is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Participatory Culture Foundation (PCF), the parent organization of Amara On Demand. He co-leads PCF with Aleli Alcala. Dean envisions a world where the work environment is a more collaborative and compassionate place. Dean is an Affiliate Fellow at Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center, as well as a former Data & Society Research Institute Fellow. He focuses on the Future of Work and business models that can sustain both growth and worker empowerment.
